I have a great respect for your work in the rollerblading world. Keep it up. I'm looking forward for new stuff. You should visit Russia soon, with new people in charge the scene and industry are getting better.
As a loyal customer I hope that you'll improve the quality of materials in liners in future models and may be work something out to lower the heel in the shell a bit and add a shock absorber instead to keep the solid feel and improve the function. Other than that, everything is good. I love the skates.
